Event : Devon Activities Weekend 2

Where : Manor Court Hotel
When : Thursday 4th June 2015 to Sunday 7th June 2015 (3 nights)
Contact : Norman Macintosh norman@charitygoods.com
Information :
We have booked for a second trip to the Manor House Hotel for another fun filled activity weekend. There is so much to do, as those who went last year will attest. The Hotel tells me there are no more single rooms available, but why not double up with someone and book a twin, it's cheaper that way. I think there are plenty of doubles. Anyone for golf?

Event : TOGs Convention 2015

Where : University of Reading
When : Thursday Aug 21st to Sunday Aug 23rd 2015.
Contact : Norman Macintosh norman@charitygoods.com
Information : The TOGs Convention 2015 sees us move to a new Venue, The University of Reading, and we will be based at Park House, on the Whiteknights Campus.

We look forward to welcoming you all for the usual weekend of fun, games and entertainment. All events will be centred on Park House, as will all meals. There are a number of Double Rooms in the Cedars Hotel right next to the venue, and single accommodation in Student Halls, albeit a little better than those we have previously had.

The cost of the accommodation varies at each place, so I have decided to equalise it on a per-person basis. I have set the cost at £275 per person based on a mix of couples and singles, this may come down depending on how many couples I can attract, the more doubles I can fill, the cheaper it will become, and I could well refund some of the cost. I will see how it goes. There are no disabled facilities at the Cedars Hotel, there are some adapted rooms at the Student Halls area.
